Terms of Service
Last updated: [DATE — e.g. October 2026] · Applies to all client engagements
1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the provision of GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM architecture, workflow automation, funnel setup, API integration, and audit services by Maple-commerce ("Provider", "we", "us") to you ("Client", "you"). By booking an audit call, approving a proposal, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Scope of Services
Services are provided according to the written proposal, statement of work (SOW), or package selected (Starter, Growth, Premium, or Custom Audit). Any additional workflows, third-party integrations, or custom scripting outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately as an add-on or hourly scope extension.
3. Client Responsibilities & Access
To ensure timely delivery, Client agrees to:
- Maintain an active, paid GoHighLevel account and relevant third-party service subscriptions (e.g. Twilio, Mailgun, Make, Zapier, OpenAI).
- Grant access via sub-account user invitation with appropriate administrative permissions. Never share master passwords or root credentials.
- Provide required copy, lead lists, brand assets, and API keys promptly during the initial setup phase.
- Ensure compliance with applicable messaging regulations (A2P 10DLC, TCPA, GDPR, HIPAA) for all customer communications configured in their account.
4. Testing, Handoff & Acceptance
Every project follows our structured delivery protocol:
- End-to-End Testing: All automations are tested from the lead's perspective to guarantee proper triggers, exit conditions, and prevent duplicate or looping messages.
- Handoff Package: Client receives a complete test checklist, written documentation, and a recorded Loom walkthrough explaining how every component functions.
- Review Window: Client has 14 calendar days following handoff to review and report any bugs or discrepancies with the agreed scope. Verified issues will be resolved at no additional charge.
5. Intellectual Property & Ownership
Upon receipt of full payment:
- Client owns all custom automations, funnels, copy, and pipeline configurations created specifically for their sub-account.
- Provider retains ownership of proprietary methodology, general code snippets, and reusable template architectures (snapshots) developed independently.
6. Payment, Invoicing & Cancellations
Payment terms are specified in the project proposal (typically a 50% deposit upon kickoff and 50% upon final handoff, or monthly retainer in advance). Work begins once the kickoff payment and required access are provided. In the event of project cancellation by Client prior to completion, payment is due for all work completed up to the date of termination.
7. Limitation of Liability
While we apply industry best practices, Provider is not liable for third-party platform downtime, carrier SMS filtering, A2P registration delays, email deliverability issues caused by client domain reputation, or API changes made by third-party vendors. In no event shall Provider's total liability exceed the fees paid by Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
